Affirmed the trial court's dismissal of defendant's appeal of a victim restitution order which was made 16 years after the order was issued and after defendant had served his forgery sentence. The appeals court affirmed the dismissal reasoning that a trial court lacks jurisdiction to resentence after a criminal defendant has begun his sentence.
