Affirmed in part and remanded a firearm sentence enhancement. Plaintiff was convicted of 1st degree murder and assault with a firearm but after the sentence there was a retroactive change in the law for the firearm sentence. In remanding the court directed that defendant's sentence be reviewed to consider the change.
