Affirmed. In this labor relations case the defendant-union, appealed from a trial court decision granting a writ of administrative mandamus to set aside the administrative hearing officer decision on the grounds that the decision was granted on an issue that was not ripe and that exceeded the hearing officers scope. The appeals court affirmed the trial court decision.
