California Court of Appeal
People v. Diaz, 18-04
In this Constitutional challenge to a municipal code, the 4th District Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction of the defendant for the use of his vehicle as a place of habitation. The court reasoned that the statute was not vague if an ordinary person could sufficiently comply with its language. Nor did the court find the statute an infringement on equal protection as it did not impede the defendants right to travel.
