Affirming a trial court order denying the anti-SLAPP motion of a school district raised in a suit alleging that they disclosed a woman's private medical information, invaded her privacy, interfered with her constitutional rights, violated her civil rights, and conspired to deprive her of her rights to privacy and free speech in a series of events arising from antipathy between members of the school board because the disclosure of private medical information was not an exercise of the constitutional right of free speech.
