Reversing a trial court award of attorney fees to be paid to an intervening City in a suit between a lender and a property owner, whose property had been deemed a hazardous public nuisance, because the award stated that the lender would be responsible for any fees not covered by the receivership estate and the lender appropriately pointed out that the owner should have been responsible, not them.
