Affirming that private citizens called by a deputy and asked to investigate a 911 call from their neighbor's home, even if the deputy misrepresented and underplayed the nature of the call, couldn't sue after they stumbled on the scene of a double murder and were attacked by the murderer because they were assisting in active law enforcement.
