Affirming the juvenile court's finding that a minor resisted a police officer in a case where a minor was detained in a case relating to the theft of a car but never charged and, while being held for release to her mother per police policy repeatedly acted to make matters worse for herself, acting out and ultimately engaging in a struggle while attempting to depart the station before her parent arrived, because the custody was lawful at the time of her restraint.
