California Court of Appeal
P. v. Sacrite, 044419
Affirming an order of probation and the denial of a motion to suppress evidence in the case of a man who had items removed from his pockets during a pat down search because the presence of solid objects in the man's pockets, ultimately a cellphone, lighter, and mehtamphetamines, led to the officer's justified concern that the bulge might be a weapon.
