Affirming the verdict of guilt of a man for multiple acts of sexual abuse against children, holding that the statute of limitations had not expired under circumstances where others had previously made reports about the conduct, but the victim herself didn't do so until some years later, because the section of the law extending the statute of limitations related to reports by the victim.
