Affirming an order granting a new trial to a man who sought penalties under the Private Attorneys General Act for Labor Code violations, some of which affected him personally, and some of which didn't, because PAGA allows an aggrieved employee affected by at least one Labor Code violation to pursue penalties for all Labor Code violations committed by the employer.
