Professional Collection Consultants v. Lujan, 147922

Affirming the grant of summary judgment on the statute of limitations in an action to collect credit card debt in a case that applied Delaware's three year statute instead of California's four year statute and affirming in part and reversing in part a trial court's grant of summary judgment on a cross complaint that the attempt to collect time barred debt was a violation of state and federal consumer protection laws and affirming the decision not to award damages or attorney fees.
