Arnaudo Brothers, LP v. Agricultural Labor Relations Board, 072420
Affirming the decisions of the Agricultural Labor Relations Board that an agricultural employer committed unfair labor practices by refusing to bargain with the United Farm Workers of America because alleged statements by the union in the 1980s did not amount to a clear and unequivocal disclaimer of interest, the union's subsequent behavior did not render the equivocal disclaimer effective, and the Board properly exercised its broad discretionary authority when it awarded make-whole relief.
