Williams v. Moulton Niguel Water District, 053002

Affirming the judgment for a water district in a case where homeowners complained that the copper piping in their home was damaged by an additive that water districts added to tap water because the inclusion of the chemical was authorized by regulation and it was undisputed that the water districts complied with all statutory and regulatory standards, and the actions for nuisance and inverse condemnation were preempted by state and federal laws.
