Affirming a juvenile court order declaring a two year old child a dependent of the court and having her placed in her mother's home with monitored supervision of her father when the Department of Children and Family Services, acting on a tip, found a loaded gun in the unlocked closet of her room because although the jurisdictional finding regarding as to the mother regarding ongoing risk was overturned for lack of support by substantial evidence, the decision was otherwise sound.
