P. v. Blessett, 074267

Holding that trial counsel failed to make a specific objection to the trial court in a murder case regarding confrontation clause violations associated with the testimony of a gang expert, but also concluding that counsel was not ineffective based on the forfeiture because it was not unreasonable for counsel to forego an objection of background hearsay and as to the admission of both the background and case specific testimonial hearsay relayed to the jury there was no showing of prejudice.
