Affirming a jury verdict adjudicating a man who was a serial molester of very young stepchildren as a sexually violent predator under the Sexually Violent Predators Act and affirming the constitutionality of the Penal Code section tolling the parole period for him because this was not an equal protection or ex post facto violation, nor was the procedure for obtaining a conditional release a violation of equal protection.
