Reversing the grant of summary judgment to the defense in a suit to recover nearly half a million dollars the plaintiff said had wrongfully been taken by her former investment advisor to repay a loan to an entity he controlled and had obtained several years earlier from the defendant because the plaintiff submitted a sufficient prima facie case for her claim.
