Affirming the denial of a petition for writ of administrative mandamus in a case in which the County of Los Angeles tried to overturn a civil service commission decision to suspend a sheriff for five days without pay in a case were he had been investigated for his ties to narcotic felons and cultivation of marijuana because the commission properly refused the introduction of wiretap evidence.
