California Court of Appeal
Castillo v. Glenair, Inc., 278239
Affirming the grant of summary judgment in a putative class action suit because when a class of workers brings a suit against a staffing company, settles the lawsuit, and then files an identical suit against the company where they were placed to work the duplicate suit is barred because the privity and agency between the parties meant that settlement with one meant the loss of claims against the other.
