Tanguilig v. Nieman Marcus Group, Inc., 141383

Affirming the trial court's grant of a motion to dismiss claims relating to violations of public policy and California Labor Code violations brought by a former employee against Nieman Marcus, which had successfully demurred as to some claims and then, years later, moved for dismissal under the five-year dismissal statute because the court's decision that the statute was not tolled by an order compelling a co-plaintiff into arbitration.
