California Court of Appeal

P. v. Barboza, 150888

Affirming a robbery conviction the defendant wanted to have reversed and remanded to juvenile court pursuant to Proposition 57, which abolished the direct filing of criminal charges against juveniles in adult criminal court, because although the proposition is retroactive the defendant could not benefit from it since the judgment in his case was final.
