Affirming the order appointing the Public Guardian of the County of Ventura as the conservator of a schizophrenic person and his estate following an arrest for violating a restraining order protecting his family because a jury found beyond a reasonable doubt that he is gravely disabled as the result of a mental disorder and although the court instructions were in error, the error was harmless.
