California Court of Appeal
P. v. Wolf, 18-02
Affirming the denials of demurrers in the case of defendants who argued that the San Diego County District Attorney has no authority to deputize City of San Diego Deputy City Attorneys to prosecute misdemeanors that occurred in the City of Poway and filed in the Central Division off the Superior Court because the arguments might have made sense before legislative or executive branches of government but were irrelevant to the criminal cases and the appellants lacked standing.
