Reversing the trial court's order denying an ex-husband's motion to terminate spousal support to his former wife, who did not file any opposition or appear on the hearing of the motion but did submit a declaration that the court considered because the consideration of that declaration without the husband having an opportunity to cross-examine was in error and without the declaration there was no information on record with which the court could come to its conclusions.
