Affirming the trial court determination denying a petition for writ of administrative mandate in the case of a company that was kicked out of its own building when San Jose determined that it's medical marijuana collective was not an authorize use of the commercially zoned building because they agreed that a medical marijuana collective is not covered as a medical office for zoning purposes.
