Affirming the grant of summary judgment to the defending probate of an estate and attorney who had been involved in a contentious probate proceeding in which the current plaintiff had sought to establish himself as the deceased's son, holding that claims for damages related entirely on representations made by the defendants in connection with that former proceeding were barred by litigation privilege.
