Affirming the grant of summary judgment to the defendant gas station leased to a taco truck owner in a negligence and premises liability suit arising from injuries that took place when patrons had a series of accidents in the crowded lot while trying to get tacos because the defense didn't owe a duty to protect the plaintiff from the harm and the actions of the person responsible for the injuries which weren't foreseeable or derivative of the lot owner's conduct.
