Reversing a trial court order denying a motion to strike under the anti-SLAPP statute the claims of employees they said encouraged fellow employees to quit and sue for alleged employment violations rather than sign a release of the claims as the company requested because, although the plaintiff characterized these acts as interference with contract, they were protected petitioning activities.
