Reversing in part and affirming in part custody determinations involving a mother, a stepfather, and a biological father in which custody was granted to the stepfather and visitation was granted to the biological father because prior rulings relating to the biological father's rights were barred by collateral estoppel and reversing the finding that the minor has three parents, but affirming the grant of visitation since the court could reasonably find that this would benefit the child.
