Reversing the grant of summary judgment in a case where a couple sued a hotel whose staff might not have had a duty of care owed the wife, who suffered a brain aneurysm while staying there, except that the husband had called the hotel and a maintenance worker had checked the room, which meant that there was a triable issue of material fact as to whether he or the hotel were liable for a negligent undertaking.
