Affirming a trial court order denying a motion to compel acknowledgement of the partial satisfaction of a judgment because monies recovered in a payment made by an insurance company were not payment on the plaintiff's judgment against the defendant, but rather payment for the plaintiff's refraining from having the insured defendant's property sold.
