California Self-Insurers' Security Fund v. The Superior Court of Orange County, 054981

Granting a petition and directing the trial court to determine whether confidential information had been transmitted to the law firm of Nixon Peabody or whether, in the court's discretion, there were other compelling reasons to disqualify the law firm from representing a security fund in a case where the defending health care group's legal representation included a lawyer who had represented the plaintiff in a suit involving both moving and defending parties.
