P. v. Williams, 080351

Reversing the trial court's denial of resentencing under the Three Strikes Reform Act because the court abused its discretion in finding that resentencing would pose an unreasonable risk to public safety enacted by Proposition 47 in the case of a 53 year old meth addict apprehended after a bank robbery because the grant of parole would, at best, result in his release at 77 years of age, and concern about the community was not, at that stage, considered reasonable.
