Affirming the denial of a motion to vacate the conviction of a man for possession of methamphetamine who was subsequently deported on account of the conviction a little over a decade before the passage of a law permitting the vacation of convictions that resulted in unexpected immigration consequences because, while the statute did apply to the instant case, the movant failed to establish entitlement to relief under the statute.
