P. v. Holzmann, 044507

Affirming a probation order in the case of a man convicted of stalking his ex-wife when he pleaded no-contest, a deal that included the dismissal of several misdemeanor trespass charges involving his trespass on the Apple campus in Cupertino, because the condition that he stay away from Apple in his probation was not unconstitutionally vague simply because it didn't specify a particular distance, holding that the condition need only express the obligation it imposes in ordinary and understandable terms.
