Affirming the trial court's dismissal of claims advanced by a former employee of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, nonpayment of wages, and whistleblower retaliation for their membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where the jury returned a verdict for the defendants on all counts that survived summary judgment, denied posttrial motions, and awarded attorney and witness fees as to the wage claims, but reversing the award of costs and expert witness fees because the Fair Employment and Housing claims were held to be nonfrivolous and erred in awarding attorney fees for the wage claim without making a finding regarding frivolousness.
