Affirming the trial court grant of a defendant motion to dismiss a Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claim advanced as part of a wage and hour violation suit by a former employee after they accepted an offer to settle their individual claims against the company because the dismissal of individual claims with prejudice foreclosed his standing under PAGA.
