Partially affirming and partially reversing the entry of summary adjudication for a tennis club in a disability discrimination and wrongful termination case filed by a severely obese former employee because while the court properly granted summary judgment on claims for failure to accommodate, retaliation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress there were triable issues of fact relating to the claim of defamation.
