Santa Clara Waste Water Company v. Allied World National Assurance Company, 279679
Affirming an order granting the defendant company's application for prejudgment attachment in a case involving a dispute about whether insurance monies should be paid or if the insurance holder had made misrepresentations about the risk of their business where evidence had been presented that the insured had received several million dollars in payment already and significant evidence that the policy should be rescinded had already been presented because this evidence adequately established the probable validity of the claims.
