Reversing the conviction of a Black Lives Matter protester who was involved in a scuffle to prevent the arrest of a suspect during the demonstration for attempting to take another person from the lawful custody of a peace officer by means of a riot because the court failed to offer the jury instruction on the lesser included offense of rescue where the defendant claimed she was unaware that a lawful arrest was taking place.
