Duncan v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., 054220

Modifying an order granting a lien against a judgment by an insurer to obtain reimbursement for worker's compensation benefits it paid to a woman injured at a Wal-Mart while working there so that the lien included the amounts advanced for lost wages because, although the injured party didn't seek lost wages in her suit, this failure did not diminish the insurer's lien rights against the full amount paid under the compensatory scheme.
