Vacating a superior court order denying the petitioner's motion for summary judgment and ordering the motion granted in the case of an insurer whose contract with a company matching surrogates and egg donors with infertile families because their potential liability for the birth of a child with a rare form of eye cancer fell within the insurance contract clause disavowing the insurer's responsibility for any professional incident that no insured knew or could have foreseen might result in a claim.
