Reversing the summary judgment dismissing an action by PG&E seeking reimbursement for millions of dollars in direct and indirect costs incurred on account of the negligent servicing of a large transformer at a hydroelectric power plant because, although the plaintiff did not own the transformer at issue, they held enough property interests in the transformer and its operation to secure standing as the real party in interest.
