Baxter v. California State Teachers Retirement System, 042680
Reversing the determination that the California State Teachers' Retirement System could not recoup prior overpayments and adjust future payments to eleven retired teachers because the discovery of the incorrect payments marking the start of the statute of limitations should have been calculated from the date of actual discovery and the date for the initiation of an action should have been held to have been the date upon which the organization filed a statement of issues to initiate the administrative proceedings.
