Reversing a trial court denial of a special motion to strike under the anti-SLAPP statute because it erred in denying the motion and in certain of its evidentiary rulings in the case of a man who complained that their insurer damaged them by fraudulently notifying the California Department of Motor vehicles that their car was a total loss following an accident.
