Affirming the trial court's conclusion that an insurer had no duty to defend an insured pharmaceutical company sued by county governments for their promotion of opioid painkillers because the injury complained of by the counties did not relate to an 'accident' covered by the policy, but rather related to the deliberate and intentional conduct of the insured.
