Vacating an order terminating parental rights and remanding a case where the Los Angeles juvenile court properly exercised temporary emergency jurisdiction over a child whose home state was Arizona because the court failed to contact Arizona and allow that state to assert its jurisdiction over the child prior to the entry of the order terminating parental rights or otherwise rule on their jurisdiction over the child.
