California Court of Appeal

Comerica Bank v. Runyon, 053691

Reversing, as to the husband, the denial of a motion for contribution contending that he paid more than his proportional share in the liquidation of community property to satisfy a joint and several judgment for breach of guaranty against him and other defendants when formerly community property severally held by his ex wife was sold to satisfy the debt judgment because the trial court incorrectly denied the motion as untimely when it misinterpreted the date upon which the judgment became satisfied in full.
