Federal Housing Finance Agency v. Nomura Holding America, Inc., 15-1872
Affirming multiple aspects of the district court's trial opinion and many pretrial decisions in a case relating to the 2007 housing market collapse and actions brought by the Federal Housing Finance Agency against financial institutions that offered securitizations of real estate loans because the statements made in prospectuses included untrue statements of material fact that the defendants either knew or should have known were false.
